ELEVANCE HEALTH • EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR • 2021 - present I lead Elevance Health’s 90-person, in-house creative department, The Well. Responsible for the development of campaigns and experiences for our full portfolio of brands. I also oversee co-creation with agency partners, workflows, org structure, and attracting and retaining top talent. Under my leadership, The Well has evolved from an in-house studio into a centralized, fully-functional creative department with expanded capabilities that range from national brand and product advertising campaigns, to members engagement, B2B, organic social, web, content, and influencer partnerships.

Led creative on the Bayer Aspirin brand for both pain and cardio, as well as One A Day and Flintstones Vitamins. Awarded “Energy Award” in first year at agency.

Led the Kraft cheese and Centrum vitamin accounts as well as several lines of Allstate business, including auto, life, power sports and specialty. Conceived and launched a new integrated brand campaign for UnitedHealthcare. Awarded the Leo Burnett Star Reacher Award 2014.

Launched Valspar paint brand as a consumer brand and led the account through five years of an evolving campaign. Oversaw every element from logo and package design through film, digital, print and collateral. Also led the Effen, Sauza, The First Years, and Kraft businesses.
